On the eve of the top three announcement, we say thanks to our awesome applicants!
Y&F Alberta TeamOur selection committee has determined the top three Young & Free Spokesperson candidates and we are very excited to reveal the finalists on Monday morning!
Each of the 20 people on our selection committee filled out scoring sheets independently. The scores were tabulated and the final three rose to the top.
The following three areas were considered:
- Content (maximum 10 points)
- What did the applicant say?
- Do you feel you have a personal insight into who they are after reading their blog and viewing their video?
- Did they have something different to say?
- Did the applicant have an interesting way of framing their answers to the basic questions: Who are you? Where do you come from? What is your experience? Why are you the Y&F Spokesperson?
- Creativity (maximum 10 points)
- How did the applicant deliver their message?
- Does the blog and video reveal the applicant’s personality?
- Is this someone that you would want to follow closely for the next year?
- Is the video production interesting and creative?
- Did the applicant go above and beyond the basic application requirements?
- Did the applicant stand out from the other applicants?
- Style (maximum 10 points)
- Did the applicant make it personal?
- Does the video production show off a unique style?
- Does the applicant’s personal style fit with Common Wealth Credit Union?
- Do you feel this person would be a positive representative of their generation and of Common Wealth Credit Union?
The 11 applicants have really put their best feet forward and everyone here at Common Wealth Credit Union want to thank each of you for your tremendous efforts!
