Our Servus Young & Free Scholarship Program is back!!

We're back and ready to give away more free money! $30,000 total to be exact! Can you believe it? How nice would it be to have an extra $1000 for school next year? I would love that! But how do you get a chance at this awesome scholarship?

If you have a plan for a better future, we want to hear about it! Tell us how you will help yourself, your friends, your peers across the province, country or even the world, overcome one of the biggest challenges facing your generation today. We’ll be awarding thirty $1,000 scholarships to students who see a challenge and dare to take it on.

Think you can handle it? This program is different from other scholarship programs! Grades are not our #1 focus! YOU are our #1 focus! If you think that you have what it takes then create a 60-second-or-less video that showcases how you plan to make a difference in the lives of your generation by helping them overcome a common challenge. If making a video isn’t your thing, then submit a 300–500 word essay on the same topic.

You have until July 18th! But it is not over after that! We also have our People's Choice Bonus contest! As a bonus, the public can vote for their favourite applicant from July 22 to August 5, 2011. The three applicants with the most votes will win an iPad! The bonus has no bearing on who receives a scholarship, it's just for fun.
