You know how it is... you get a day with beautiful sunshine, you swear you can see a couple blades of green grass, and suddenly you're convinced that summer is right around the corner. Forget that there's still snow on the ground... summer is on its way!
Summer made me start thinking about events. The more the weather warms up, the more opportunities there are to get outside, to go someplace different, and to try something new – and Young & Free wants to be right there with you!
So if you're looking forward to a game, concert, festival, picnic, or any other kind of event in Spring/Summer 2008, be sure to go to the Y&F Calendar page and submit it. Young people all across Alberta will be able to check out what's going on in their communities, and the Y&F team could even show up at your event!
Having trouble finding event inspiration? Local papers and school calendars are both great places to start.
