Video: Millenium Park in Calgary

Shout out to all skateboarders and bikers! There is great park here in Calgary called Millenium Park, aka Milles. I went down there the other night to see what some of the guys were up to. I ended up staying way longer than I thought I would because I was having so much fun!

The guys were so good at what they do! One of the the bikers there is sponsered and another one had been in a music video! The guys were nice enough to attempt to teach me how to skate...but they were not very successful. Apparently I wasn't wearing the right shoes and I don't have very good balance. Haha!

They were talking about how great skating and biking is for your wallet though! I mean, sure, intially it is a little expensive to get the bike, board and such -- but it is worth it in the end! It ends up saving them lots of money transportation wise! Sweet!
