Video: Tips on how to make a great application video

How to make a video? It takes guts to hold a camera to your face, film yourself and then post it for the whole world to see. So, you wanna make sure it is a good one. AND if you are planning on applying to be the next Young & Free Spokester then you want to make the top 3!
